the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful providing local dining recommendations the hotel had a cute outside area i had many treats from the hotel which was a lovely surprise its location was ideal for exploring the area i would certainly return the room with a balcony was spacious with a big bathroom slippers and gowns were a nice touch. the breakfast offered amazing choice. the hotel is well-designed with great rooms and public spaces the architecture blends historical elements with modern decor creating a unique atmosphere the breakfast was delicious. the hotel provided tea testing every afternoon i found it to be a true gem.

i found the lack of discounted food and drink a minor inconvenience it cost 6 euros for a pot of tea.

The room lacked sufficient storage as it had no drawers. The hanging space was too short for dresses or trousers. I also had an issue with noise because my room overlooked the bins behind a fast-food restaurant.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful indeed! the hotel offered complimentary drinks, something i didn't expect. the decor preserved the architecture from the old convent, and i noticed the location was convenient for walking and using the metro. our room felt comfortable.

The room had a strange smell sometimes. I did not like that the minibar was not cold enough. The ice machine was located far away from my room, that was inconvenient.
