Excellent Hotel Experience
friendly staff spacious room amazing breakfast ideal location
the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful providing local dining recommendations the hotel had a cute outside area i had many treats from the hotel which was a lovely surprise its location was ideal for exploring the area i would certainly return the room with a balcony was spacious with a big bathroom slippers and gowns were a nice touch. the breakfast offered amazing choice. the hotel is well-designed with great rooms and public spaces the architecture blends historical elements with modern decor creating a unique atmosphere the breakfast was delicious. the hotel provided tea testing every afternoon i found it to be a true gem.
i found the lack of discounted food and drink a minor inconvenience it cost 6 euros for a pot of tea.

insufficient storage noise problem
The hotel's location was convenient for my needs.
The room lacked sufficient storage as it had no drawers. The hanging space was too short for dresses or trousers. I also had an issue with noise because my room overlooked the bins behind a fast-food restaurant.

nice experience
friendly staff complimentary drinks beautiful decor convenient location
i found the staff very friendly and helpful indeed! the hotel offered complimentary drinks, something i didn't expect. the decor preserved the architecture from the old convent, and i noticed the location was convenient for walking and using the metro. our room felt comfortable.
the hotel claimed to not find my left toiletries, which contained medication!

the hotel was very clean! the beds were really large and comfortable. the staff were very helpful too.
There are no drawers in the rooms. There is just a tiny bit of hanging space. the hanging space wasn't long enough for dresses or trousers.

decent location, some letdowns
missing acknowledgment breakfast issues
location was great. it was easy to get around from there.
we informed the hotel it was our anniversary. nothing was done about this which felt off for this hotel. we had a large sum pre authorized. it took a lot of time to fix, and we received no compensation. the breakfast lacked options at times.

The location was convenient. It was very easy to walk to many attractions. The room was a Twin Room Grand. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
The room had a strange smell sometimes. I did not like that the minibar was not cold enough. The ice machine was located far away from my room, that was inconvenient.
